Global Dance Party ushered in 2011 at Wicker Park Art Center

The beat of the evening went from the sexy soul fusion of Nguzo and the Groovement to the Gypsy dance of Eyes Manouche followed by the gypsy beats from DJ RomaSoul in the Wicker Park Art Center, 2215 W. North Ave. as 2010 wound done and 2011 sprang into action.

Once again Hot House and the Near Northwest Arts Council joined forces to set the stage for a fun new years eve celebration that featured great music, space to enjoy friends and party.

Hors d'oeuvres, dessert, a cash bar and music were in the lower café area while the upstairs space was the venue for the live entertainment and complimentary champagne toast to the new year.
