Open Mic Night then Movie in the Park - July 28 in Wicker Park

Brush up your Shakespeare...well maybe not...but music performances and poetry...well Shakespeare is ok too...for the second Open Mic Night in Wicker Park on July 28 from 6 p.m. to dusk.

Sign up for five or ten minute segments by email or at the site in the middle of the field starting at 5 p.m. Performances will end at dusk just before the Movie in the Park begins.  Church in the City, Wicker Park Advisory Council and the Chicago Park District are sponsors of the event.

The movie, made possible by the Parkways Foundation, will be Planet 51.
