Ukrainian Village Winter Market kicks off Holiday shopping

Jewelry was just one of the many choices at last year's Fair

This year's 7th Annual Ukrainian Village Winter Market and Artisan Fair at St. Nicholas School, 2200 W. Rice St., will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sat., Nov. 19 and Sun., Nov. 20.

More than 30 vendors will be on hand to tantalize every shopper and help them check off items on their holiday gift giving list.

Everyone will have a chance to win a prize in two raffles too. One raffle is for an iPad mini and the other is for a turkey.

Gourmet food, local honey, jewelry, clothing, handmade gifts, art and a huge children's book fair will tempt even the most resistant shoppers.

It is even a place to enjoy a sandwich, pizza, baked goods and coffee.

Proceeds will support programs at St. Nicholas Cathedral School.
