Nick Spencer talks with a customer at his booth where they sell bangers and rashers cooked and ready to be cooked

"I'm really looking forward to the new market," said Nick Spencer at a recent Logan Square Farmers Market. Spencers' Jolly Posh British & Irish Foods booth is easily spotted by a giant British Flag and can also be visited at the Wicker Park Sunday market.

The vendor list for this week includes: Blue Sky Bakery and Cafe, Delightful Pastries, The Scrumptious Pantry, KAP Farms, Niemczyk P&P Juice Bar, Flip Crepes, Spencer's Jolly Posh British & Irish Foods, Cook Au Vin, SenTEAmental Moods, Artisan Teas, and River Valley Ranch.

This market makes Thursday a great night to carry in your dinner.

Be sure to share your experiences at the new market. Your comments below will hopefully get others to buy local and green.
