Be aware of credit card scam

Yesterday I got a call from "Credit Card Services." When I answered they said this is my last chance to lower my credit card rate. I got a call this morning and when I answered it was a recorded message again saying this is your last chance to reduce your credit card interest. I waited 10 rings before I hung up.

I didn't like the garbled sound in the back ground on the first call. Especially when I asked what credit card company was calling, I got a lot of back ground noise so I hung up.

If you have caller ID the number calling is 302.526.1234, I went on Google and got not listed.

I called my credit card 800 number and when I described the call he immediately said "it is a scam."

Don't ever give out your credit card number over the phone.

I told him the call didn't get that far.

So I thought if I get a call you might also.
