IGNORANCE. No the issue does not have to do with graff... Its one small thing that these boys just couldn't let go of. Did Chip steal? yes. But that didn't nake him a bad person, just means he made bad choices. DEKCIW on the other let his bad choices make him into a bad person. He had a choice. He could have saved two lives that day and instead chose to let his ignorance get the best of him, and for the rest of his life he'll pay for that. Do people want him dead?! OF COURSE. but only because of the hurt in their hearts that has made them bitter for revenge. But it won't solve the problem.
