In the 1800 West block of Haddon Ave., two teen-age burglars, one male and one female Black, were found in a man's home. They fled outside towards another group of individuals standing outside the home with an adult Black male, holding a shovel. Upon meeting up on the sidewalk, all offenders fled westbound on Haddon Ave.
