The theatre in Portage Park and church in Wicker Park have been going through struggles for survival. Both will have major consequences that will impact their respective neighborhoods.

Whether or not a police officer wants to write-up a report on a crime, insist that it is written. It is vital that a police report is filed when there is a crime. Those reports are what is used to determine where crimes are happening and what type they are. They can determine patterns of crime. They are used for determining where police are deployed.
