Bucktown's Pulaski School Library receives gifts

Arlana Bedard, Pulaski's new principal, talks with Steve Jensen and Pulaski's librarian Annie Magness

The library in Pulaski International School of Chicago,. 2230 W. McLean Ave., is the recipient of three gifts according to Annie Magness, the school's librarian.

Delivered by Steve Jensen, President of the Bucktown Community Organization (BCO), two upholstered chairs for the library, which were donated by the BCO.

Magness participated in the Chicago Public School's (CPS) technology contest through the Department of Libraries and earned the school a new iPad. "We studied then were quizzed on multiple technology modules, receiving points for our answers. There were 25 of us who achieved a perfect score in our district, " she explained. In addition, she received an ebook library called Capstone.
