Max William Gomez meets the world

Newest member of the Robert and Beth Gomez family arrived special delivery at 5:38 p.m. on Sept.5. Weighing in at 7 pounds 8 ounces, 20 inches in length, he is named Max William Gomez.

"What? It's a boy?!" queried big sister Ava, age 6. Rumor has it she was expecting another girl. Alexander, age 2, on the other hand, responded to the news with, "Oh, I played with play-doh at school today."

Reports of the first meeting of all three sibs indicates that all went well. "Once they met Max, thy touched him gently and said, 'Cool,'" according to dad.

Aside from being "mom" to three, Beth is with Koenig Strey and "dad" is in the music/bar scene with such venues as Subterranean on North Ave. and Beat Kitchen on Belmont.
