Annual Wicker Park Bucktown Neighborhood Guide released


This year's annual Wicker Park Bucktown Neighborhood Guide debuted at the Den Theatre, 1331 N. Milwaukee Ave., Thurs., May 4. 

The  first floor area and bar was filled with celebratory people from local businesses and residents as well as community partners and Chicagoland concierges. 

Everyone enjoyed food from various local businesses as well as libations of their choosing. 


Three SSA commissioners: Rebecca Dohe, Radiance Jewelry; David Ginaople, Store B Vintage; and Wayne Janik, Janil;s Cafe.

The full-color magazine formatted publication includes maps and write ups about the area, activities and businesses. Funded by SSA #33, the guide is produced in partnership with the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce 

Printed by Where, it is stapled into 120,000 copies of Where's May issue. Distribution focuses on 45 hotels, most of which are near a blue line stop, which includes Rosemont, Oak Park and Oakbrook. Concierge unlimited and ticketing desks, shopping and corporate business centers as well as airport and train stations are also targeted out side our area. 

In the Wicker Park and Bucktown neighborhoods, 30,000 guides may also be found in many businesses in addition to the offices of SSA #33 and Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce, 1414 N. Ashland Ave.
