Twelve hours after a 30-year-old man was shot and robbed on a Blue Line train, Patrick Waldon, 31, a convicted felon who was on parole, was identified and arrested. The incident occurred at the UIC-Halsted station in Chicago Police Department's 12th District, Wed., Feb. 5, at 10:30 a.m.
