Man knocked off bike and stabbed on The606


On Kedzie Blvd. looking north at The606*

Biking along The606 just west of Kedzie Blvd., in Logan Square, Monday at approximately 12:30 p.m., a 30-year-old male was approached by an unknown male offender. 

The offender knocked him over, jumping on top the victim. The offender stabbed the victim in the upper right shoulder then fled the scene running east. 

The victim was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, 1500 S Fairfield Ave. in stable condition. 

Though cameras along the trail show the men, they are not seen at the point of the incident. 

Area North Detectives are investigating, according 14th District Chicago Police spokesman.
