Search for hit and run driver

The Chicago Police Department (CPD) is searching for the driver of a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer that hit a pedestrian in the 2000 block of N. Kedzie Ave. on Sun., Dec. 6, at approximately 2:50 p.m. 

Described as a Caucasian male, the offender fled the scene heading south. 

The victim, a 41-year-old male, was seriously injured.
