Missing and high risk: Rafael Rosario

Mr Rosario was found and he was unharmed.

Suffering from dementia and in need of medication for other health issues, Rafael Rosario, 62, is missing. 

He was last seen in the Humboldt Park area in the 1400 block of N. Fairfield. 

Considered to be at high risk, Rosario is described as being 5' 4" tall with brown eyes and gray hair, weighing 145 pounds. 

He has been missing since about noon on Sun., June 9.
