CTA Blue Line service changes thru November 8

The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) is increasing capacity along the Blue Line this Sunday, Nov. 3., and give a reminder about the Division St. station.

For all those attending the 2019 Hot Chocolate 15K/5K event downtown, the Blue Line will have longer trains between Forest Park and O'Hare from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Forest Park-bound trains continue to bypass Division Station until Fri. Nov. 8

  • Blue Line trains are bypassing Division Station until 10 p.m. Fri. Nov. 8. More details here
  • Customers can use the adjacent Chicago station, served by trains operating in both directions.
  • Free bus shuttle service provided weekdays 7 to 9:30 a.m. from Division to Chicago.
  • Station and platform upgrades are part of the ongoing Your New Blue program
