Explore President Biden's Urban Agenda with three planning groups
In response to a new White House Administration, the Metropolitan Planning Council and two other urban regional groups will explore what President Biden's Urban Agenda may mean to metropolitan communities.
Everyone is invited to register for the online session to be held on Fri., Jan. 29, from 2:30 to 4 p.m.
With concerns about the profound ramifications for cities across the country resulting from the urban planning policies established during the last four years, a panel of three speakers will delve into what the new administration may mean for regional planning, research and policy change.
The panel will be Metropolitan Planning Council's President, MarySue Barrett; SPUR's CEO, Alicia John-Baptiste; and Regional Plan Association of the New York City-New Jersey-Connecticut's President, Tom Wright. The moderator will be Smart Growth America's President and CEO, Calvin Gladney.
