The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) announces service changes and notes the new Federal mask mandate.

Blue Line service changes will be in effect between Feb. 23 and 26. They may cause some delays. It is recommended that riders allow extra travel time.

A new Federal directive requires all passengers to wear a mask on pubic transit. The CTA notes that refusing to wear a mask is a violation of federal law. CTA passengers may be subject to penalties under federal law.
